Wrong, it’s my favorite fruit. When Pinnacle asked me to pick up one of their new flavors I of course grabbed pineapple, partly because there’s a new pineapple emoji, but mostly because it’s a favorite flavor. For a fun cocktail, I went with something super simple and refreshing, pineapple and sage. The earthly flavor of the sage combined with the sweetness of the pineapple is a flavor profile I’m kind of loving. The recipe is super simple and you’ll be feeling like you’re on a tropical vacation in no time!

If I may, why the orange juice instead of straight pineapple or soda water?
