They were a solid Nordstrom Anniversary Sale find a few years back. As in, easily over 3  maybe even 4 years. I used to wear these to meetings at my old job to dress up my jeans and tees (I was a sales rep for Alternative Apparel, so jeans and tees were office approved!). But these always quickly dressed up any look and added a fun touch to the simplest of outfits. Even like today’s. I had to go back a few years, but here’s a fun look I wore these with and here too.

You’ve seen this Madewell coat a few times already as well. It’s been a really perfect light layer for southern winters. I think this coat will be seen more and more now that we’re creeping into spring weather. It’s definitely not designed for cold weather, but this weird mid 50’s weather, it’s perfection.

So I realized (after you mentioned it) that I had seen you wear this coat before but in this post, it’s really taking center stage and showing off! Such a chic coat!!
