My Everlane Denim Collection Review

Jessica Wearing Everlane Denim

I’ve been a fan of Everlane for quite some time now. You may remember this review of their eco-winter coat collection. I wear that coat nonstop especially to walk Pork. So warm and cozy. I also own several great sweaters from them that I’ve talked about here too. But one thing I hadn’t gotten on board with yet were their jeans.

I tried their 100% cotton jeans a year or two ago and just didn’t love them. I just assumed their jeans didn’t work for me. Instead, I’ve been a die-hard Madewell denim wearer. A few months ago though, Everlane did a denim pop up in Atlanta. You could try on all the styles, washes, and fits. I had no idea they had new styles that had a bit of stretch in them, which I typically prefer.

Everlane Review: Denim Collection

The Authentic Stretch Mid-Rise Skinny

With a 9.5 inch rise, these are a great everyday jean that isn’t too high or too low. Sitting perfectly at your natural waist too. They come in an ankle-length, regular or tall. I personally did ankle so I could wear ankle booties with them and not need to roll them.

The Curvy Authentic Stretch High-Rise Skinny Jean

These high-rise jeans are an 11 inch rise and are a cotton-poly blend. They’re stretchy, but it’s like a different kind of a stretch since there isn’t elastane or spandex in them. These come in 3 washes and come in ankle or regular, no tall though.

I’m typically a size 26 or 27 at Madewell for reference. For Everlane jeans with stretch, I found the 27 were a better fit. A tad snug, but when denim has stretch in it you want them to be a tad snug. Just not tight/pulling and miserable.

Both of the jeans I picked up come in several washes. The high-rise curvy only come in three colors, 2 blue washes and one solid black. The mid-rise authentic stretch comes in 6 colors. Lots of different black washes (I have the vintage black and love them) as well as several blue denim washes.

In addition to these two styles that I personally loved, they do have several others. From the button fly version of the high rise, to the cheeky slim relaxed jean and also the wide leg and kick crop. There are lots of options!

Price Point

Both styles I own are only $68 which I think is a fantastic price for the quality of the denim. I’d say my Madewell jeans feel a touch nicer and have their slimming pocket technology that truly are slimming. But again, at half the price of my Madewells, these do the job! And I just love the ankle length for my 5’5″ short legs and fall bootie needs.

Everlane jeans are my jam!!! I basically live in their relaxed boyfriend jeans – tried them on at their NYC store and immediately fell in love. Need to try a couple of different styles – I always lean towards their boyfriend fits + wide leg styles.

You know that I’m a Madewell denim convert, but maybe I’ll give these a go, too since you can’t beat that price.

    Just sayin’,
