My Favorite Kicks For Now & Later

best shoes at Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2017, pink sneakers - My Style Vita @mystylevita

One of the things I find myself always scoring bit at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale are the shoes. I’m a sucker for a good shoe and a deal so it’s a no brainer. From all white sneakers (these Puma’s have been on repeat since I got them last week) to a fun mule with buzzing bees on them. There’s something for everyone here and at every price point.

Since I ended up leaving with several pairs of great shoes that I can’t wait to wear not only now, but heading into the fall and winter, I’m sharing my 7 favorites.  PS The Nordstrom sale opens up to non cardholders tomorrow morning. Rumor has it lots of items will be restocked for this so be sure to wake up bright and early to snag your faovrites!

1. Halogen Oliver Ankle Wrap Flat

This shoe is an update to the one they had last year which you may remember here. I definitely don’t need another spotted pointy toe flat, so luckily it comes in several solid colors too. PS this shoe is SUPER comfortable too which is a major plus.

2. Hinge Barris Block Heel Bootie

A bootie is a fall essential but I also love wearing them now with dresses and shorts like this. I always recommend buying one in a great neutral color that you know you’ll wear a lot. For me, that’s usually a tan or cognac of some sort, but these come in black which is perfect for everyday too.

$119.95 NOW $79.90

3. Sam Edelman Camelia Tall Boot

This may be the best deal of the list if you ask me. I have a pair of chunky over the knee boots from a few years back and they have lasted season after season. If you’ve been looking for a good OTK boot, this is it!

$224.95 NOW $149.90

4. Vans Old Skool Sneaker

I’ve been eyeing these since I saw them in the catalog a few weeks ago at Nordstrom. Why I haven’t pulled the trigger you ask? Well because I may have bought these pink sneakers instead above. And since I already have these pink velcro ones too, I couldn’t’ justify a third pair of pink shoes….

$59.95 NOW $39.90

5. Hunter Original Matte Rain Boot

My Hunters were one of my best purchases. But I stupidly paid full price. FAIL. I wish I waited until this sale to snag a pair but of course, I waited until I actually needed them and they were all full price. I’m loving the striped strap detail here, it’s such a fun update to the classic.

$195 NOW $129.90

6. Caslon Camden Sneaker

The pink shoes I did come home with. These are so fun, comfortable and are great for fall. If you’re not into a blush shoe, they also come in black and tan for a more everyday wearable shoe. See them styled here. PS these runs VERY small, I usually wear an 8, maybe an 8.5 and had to do the 9 in them.

$89.95 NOW $59.90

7. BP Tale 2 Slide

Possibly my favorite shoe purchase of the sale. These grey mules are going to go with absolutely everything, I just know it! They also come in red, but since I have these bow ones, I think the grey were wise, right? They’re also insanely comfortable! Check back tomorrow to see how I styled them with the cutest little mini ever.

$79.95 NOW $49.90

I bought those Caslon sneaks too! In the gray color though. They are everything!! I also scooped up the Treasure & Bond white perforated sneakers. They’re by far my favorite purchase from the sale. Love this round up lady! I really need that last pair by B.P.

I picked up the original refined Hunters at last year’s sale, and I love theatre black finish and that they’re a little narrower than the typical Hunters. Definitely a good purchase for the right climate!
