One thing I’ve tried to do this holiday season was bring the festive outdoor elements inside. From adding a real wreath to my door, to hunting for pinecones to place in pretty bowls on my coffee table. I went on a scavenger hunt for pinecones and found so many, it reminded me of being a kid actually. They add such a festive touch to your home with little effort, and free. I like free.

Recently I bought some pretty ornament pinecones (you can see them from this cocktail post) and added them to my tree afterwards.  I adore the earthy element they add to the tree mixed in with my metallic ornaments. However, I do wish I could figure out how to add the real deal ones to my tree. Any ideas? There’s so many that I need to do something with them! I’m not too crafty, so suggestions must be EASY!

With this weekend being Christmas and the first night of Hanukkah, I’ve decided to take the rest of the year off and enjoy relaxing with family and friends. I’ve got some great content still happening on social media so be sure to keep following along on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas, a happy and safe new year and will see you right back here on January 2nd. Happy Holidays friends!
