Maybe I’m a changed woman, or the fact that I’ve learned that red is so my color, but this is the most festive I’ve ever felt about Valentine’s Day, ever. This week you got not one, not two, but three Valentine’s Day inspired posts. Here’s how I’d REALLY dress for this stupid holiday if I had a real date (no offense to my #bloggersdofolly group who I’m doing dinner with Sunday). Simple pieces with a nod to the holiday of love with pinks and reds in the perfect outfit. Not too obnoxious or obvious, color blocking these two hues for a festive look is honestly the perfect way to go in my opinion.

Total side note, you have to grab this top from Anthropologie. I scooped it up on New Years Day when my girlfriend and I did a little sale damage. I of course found the one thing that was not on sale, but good news, it’s now half off! My luck, it’s too late for a price adjustment and I of course JUST took the tags off before realizing that. It fits like a dream, is super flattering and makes for a great night out top. I rarely do well at Anthropologie when it comes to clothing (home decor is another story, I have no problem dropping $ there) so I was super excited when I found this piece.  It’ll be getting lots of use this summer with some short shorts and wedges!

As we all know Trump is not a Senator or Congressman but yet he is starting to ask questions,my question is how come those who run with the tea party how come they don't come out and back Trump? Just think what if Trump had back up how big this story would get… Rob

I love the blush and red combo! It’s subtle, but still festive! Aren’t Anthropologie sales the best?! I found a cute lace top from there last weekend that I can’t wait to wear.

Anthro always has so many great pieces, that top is wonderful. It’s casual but at the same time the way its cut makes it come across so elegantly.
